Dr. Lauren Zandstra, DDS
Dr. Lauren Zandstra graduated from Hope College with a bachelor's degree in Chemistry. She was a member of the college golf team for four years. After graduating, she attended the University of Detroit Mercy School of Dentistry, where she graduated at the top of her class.
Dr. Zandstra then relocated to West Michigan to work at Cherry Street Health Services and to be closer to family.
She is a member of the American Dental Association and the West Michigan Dental Society. In her free time, she enjoys horseback riding and spending time with her family.
She is prepared to assist patients with their dental needs and looks forward to creating a lasting relationship with Lavender Dental.
Dr. Brandon Churchman, DDS
Dr. Churchman has been employed in healthcare for over
23 years. He began his career in EMS(Emergency Medical
Services) as an EMT then a Paramedic in Grand Rapids,
Michigan. He then completed his undergraduate education
at GVSU before attending graduate school at the University
of North Dakota Physician Assistant program, earning a
master’s degree in Medicine.
While working in Rural Wyoming, he saw an unmet need
for dental professionals and decided to attend the
University of Michigan, graduating from dental school in ​
2017. He continues to practice clinically in medicine as well as dentistry.

Dr. Churchman has an interest in integrative medicine, oral surgery, dental implants, and IV sedation in addition to routine dental care.
When not working, Dr. Churchman enjoys spending time with his wife and two sons. He enjoys travel, food, and foreign languages and can speak an intermediate level of Mandarin Chinese.
